Who you're buying from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself; these terms cover the plugins.
Your license (paid plugins)
- Buying a plugin gets you a personal license key for it. You can install it on the computers you use.
- Music you make with our plugins is yours, commercial releases included. No royalties, no credit needed.
- Don't share, sell or publish your license key, and don't redistribute the plugin. Don't try to crack, reverse engineer or remove the license check.
- A bundle gets you a separate key for each plugin in it.
Free plugins
Our free plugins (the Nu series) are free to use in anything you make, commercial work included. Please don't sell them or host the installers anywhere else; link to our site instead.
Trials
Paid plugins run fully for 14 days from first use. After that they keep working but drop out for 2 seconds every minute until you enter a license key.
Updates
Updates within a version line (for example every 1.x release) are free for license holders. A future major version may be a paid upgrade.
Refunds
30 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
No warranty
We test every release, but plugins are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Save your sessions. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything to do with a plugin is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date below. The terms in place when you bought apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
